Hi Claudia, Thanks for presenting this cool video. Many chef's advise to leave a steak out until it reaches room temperature for best results. How many minutes is that approximately? I don't want to leave it out too long..the meat could go bad. Also, is leaving it out the first thing I should do before preparing recipe? Thanks, David-

This worked awesomely. I also accidentally discovered after 30 mins that if you take them out, mash each one flat with a shot glass or something similar, then resalt and put them back in for 10 mins, they do a great Tostone plantain impression.
